This is the year I can feel it! This is the year I whoop my lazy little bottom into shape! I am going to exercise just like Goofy here. I'm also going to share with you all my progress so that should motivate me to keep going. I'm so excited!!!! My plan is to kick my bad habits and bring in some healthy new ones. I plan on getting the most out of my days. I have been feeling kinda icky lately and I think it is because of work, school, and watching T.V so I want to change that. I truly believe that if you stay cooped up inside all day and watching television or laying in bed you will start to feel sick and achy. Get some fresh air, go for a walk, sometimes if I don't have time to go for a walk I will open the windows and clean my house! That way my body is moving and I'm getting fresh air and my house is fresh and clean! Totally went of on a tangent...coming back...WORKING OUT! I'm doing a work out called turbo jam...it claims it can get me in shape in 6 weeks, I'm really excited to try it out! I tried it a little bit before I got married and I really liked it so we shall see how it goes! The thing about turbo jam is that I can stick with it, unlike p90x where it just kicks my butt and I loose motivation.
Working out is working out, honestly anything that gets you up and moving (enough to get your heart pumping and the sweat flowin') you will be fine. So I'm doing this! I will let you know my progress, I'm going to measure my self each month and post it. This week my goal is the eat healthy and stick to the work outs! I'm going to eat lots of small meals during the day and see how that works for me. i.e. breakfeast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner. Wish me luck! I will report back soon!! Lets turn that music up and MOVE!
